 Can You Customize Products?


I do make many personalized and custom orders. I have access to a variety of styles, just Contact Me and let me know what you are looking for. 

 

Do You Include Proofs? 

I do offer mock ups for custom orders and certain products. Three mock ups are included in the price and a small fee will be charged for additional mock ups. Graduation Cap Decals will include five free mock ups.


This Is A Gift, Please Don't Include Pricing!

I don't include any mention of pricing in my packaging for this very reason, so I've got you covered! If you would like gift wrapping or a card to be included, please leave that info in the notes section at check out. 

 

Will You Capitalize/Format/Change My Text?

On personalized items, text is used as entered by you, unless otherwise specified. I will not make any changes, unless it is discussed before hand. With the exception of the Starbucks coffee tumblers, all text in the ring around the design will be capitalized reguardless of how it is entered in the notes section (Unless you specifically enter that you want it lowercase)

 

Shipping

 

How Will My Order Ship?

UNITED STATES

All orders within the US include tracking.

  • Decals: USPS  First Class Shipping (estimated 3-5 business days after fulfillment)
  • Clothing and Tote Bags: USPS First Class Shipping (estimated 2-3 business days after fulfillment) for 1 item. USPS Priority Shipping (estimated 2-3 business days after fulfillment) for more than 1 item. 
  • Everything Else: USPS (estimated 2-5 business days after fulfillment)

In some situations, I may upgrade shipping to a higher service level or opt for a comparable option from Fed Ex or UPS. This is not common, but may happen with larger orders.

 

INTERNATIONAL

International orders ship via USPS and will ship at the lowest available rate option to save on shipping costs. Tracking numbers may not be included with international shipments. If you would like your package sent via a certain carrier or to include tracking, please email me at sales@inspiredbysavy.com

 

I'm Placing An International Order, Am I Responsible for Customs Fees?

Customers are responsible for the payment of all customs, duties and taxes that may apply. Inspired by Savy, LLC is not responsible for any delivery delays due to customs.

  

Can You Rush My Order? 

I try my best to process every order quickly and get it to you by your need by date. Please Contact Me to discuss this further. In some cases a Rush fee will apply.

When Will My Order Ship?

Please see the item description to check the processing time for your item. As a general guideline, our processing times are as follows for each item:

DECALS - 2-3 Business days

SHIRTS - 3-5 Business days

DRINKWARE - 2-3 Business days (large orders will take longer)

TOWELS & TOTES - 2-3 Business days

 

  

Return Policy

 

What If There's a Mistake on My Order?

If the mistake is due to an error made by Inspired by Savy, LLC, I will reprint your order and get it sent out to you immediately.

If the mistake is due to an error made by the customer, Inspired by Savy, LLC is not responsible for the cost of reprinting/reshipping your items. I strongly encourage you to triple check all details before finalizing your order in order to avoid the possibility of having to reorder due to an error. 



Do You Accept Returns, Exchanges or Cancellations?

Cancellation is not available after 24 hours or once the order has been processed (meaning sent to print/started), which ever comes first. 

I will accept exchanges on clothing that is not personalized. Please Contact Me within 3 days of receiving your order. Item(s) must be shipped back to me within 7 days of delivery. 

Conditions of Exchange:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please keep tracking for your records.

I do not accept returns. However, if you have an issue with your order please Contact Me to discuss it further. 

General 

What Are Your Business Hours?

Business hours are varied, depending on various things. I try my best to answer all emails within 24 hours, but sometimes it may take up to 48 hours. If you have a question at any time of day/night, please Contact Me and I'll be sure to get back to you as soon as possible! Please keep in mind that I am a single mom and run this business by myself. I try not to work on weekends as I like that to be family time. But I have been known to reply to emails and will always work weekends during rush seasons. 

Can I Resell The Items I Purchase From Inspired by Savy? 

All items are for personal use only and the reselling of Inspired by Savy products is not permitted. The only time resale is allowed is when you are a wholesale customer.


Do You Offer Wholesale?

I do offer wholesale pricing for certain items. Please Contact me to discuss this option.
